1. How do you select your Carers?
Our carers are security screened (Enhanced NI Access Checks) and undergo comprehensive training on how to work with and support vulnerable adults, including those living with dementia.
We are committed to providing care services that are of a high quality. We aim to provide services that:
- Value you as an individual and treat you with dignity and respect.
- Ensure safe practices and the appropriate management of risk.
- Intervene only when necessary so that you can remain as independent as possible in your own home.
- Promote and safeguard your basic human rights.
- Do not discriminate against you.
- Treat information about you in a confidential manner.
- Give you the opportunity as far as possible to make choices about how your care and support is provided.
2. What types of support do you provide?
Bryson Care One2One is a support-at-home service designed to assist vulnerable adults with light housework, laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, outings, respite, and much more. We endeavour to tailor each package to the needs of the individual. However, One2One does not provide personal care or administer medication.
3. How do you pay for the service?
Service users and their families can pay for our service privately. Our rates are competitive and good value for money. We also accept Self Directed Support Direct Payments – you can find out more about these from your local HSC Trust.
4. Do you have to be over 65 to get support from Bryson Care One2One?
We support a range of people with lots of different needs. We offer our service to older people, people living with disabilities, issues with their mental health and/or long term conditions. We will listen to what your specific needs are and find the right match of Carers for your needs.
5. What areas do you cover?
We currently operate in and around the Greater Belfast area. This includes Newtownabbey, Glengormley, Carrickfergus, Carryduff, Lisburn, Dunmurry, Holywood, Newtownards, Bangor and Donaghadee.
